The end of the internet

Translation : Fanny Berlingen

Far from the open network it was in its early days, the Internet is now more and more monopolised by a few private and ubiquitous actors: the much talked about GAFAM (Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft). As services get centralised and data kept under surveillance, will the Internet – or rather the Web – soon come down to a search engine, a social network and an online shopping website? Has the Internet come to an end ?

Whether it be about the Web or the email, WiFi networks or personal data encryption : come and learn about local, free and ethical alternatives to develop your/our digital independence !
